In mid-October, a service survey begins among residents and relatives of the Hrafnist homes. The aim of the survey is to get an insight into the well-being and experience of residents and relatives about the service, see what is done well and where there are opportunities for improvement.
Comparable surveys were carried out in 2022 and 2024, and their results have been used systematically to develop and improve Hrafnista's services.
Participation of residents and relatives
The company Prósent is in charge of conducting the survey. A sample will be taken among the residents of Hrafnist homes, and interviewers on behalf of Prósent will visit the residents who end up in the sample and go over a questionnaire with them.
Relatives will also be invited to participate in the survey by answering a questionnaire that will be sent by e-mail.
Participation in the survey is voluntary and all responses are treated confidentially Results will be published so that responses cannot be traced to individual participants.
The experience of residents and relatives is important to us
We encourage residents and relatives who find themselves in a sample to participate in the survey. Their answers help us see what is done well and where we can do even better.
Through their participation, residents and relatives contribute to developing and improving Hrafnista's services.
