Svavar Jónatansson, project manager of virtual reality at Hrafnista, has led a project that consists of giving residents of Hrafnista the opportunity to travel with the help of virtual reality.
Over the past 2 years, a project related to virtual reality glasses has been in development within Hrafnista and has been very successful. Most of the foreign footage from all continents has been used, as there has been no footage from Iceland, but Svavar traveled around Iceland this summer and recorded footage in the various places.
