Hrafnista complies with law no. 90/2018 on personal protection and processing of personal information that entered into force on July 15, 2018. The aforementioned law was enacted to implement and codify the general privacy regulation (REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679, from April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal information and on the free transfer of such information and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC). Hrafnista takes pride in ensuring the confidentiality and protection of the personal information that Hrafnista has access to the data and how you can access further information about Hrafst's privacy policy.
The personal information that Hrafnista obtains is used, among other things, to fulfill a legal obligation that rests on the responsible party, such as the registration of health information in medical records, the provision of certain services to residents and other individuals, to meet the requirements of the labor market towards their employees, etc.

The relevant employees and managers of Hrafnista have access to the data collected about registered persons. Co-responsible parties, such as self-employed doctors, also have access to certain data. Then Hrafnista's processors need to have access to certain data, there may be IT companies, pharmaceutical services, accounting services, etc. Furthermore, Hrafnistu is obliged to submit certain information to government agencies, such as the Office of the National Medical Examiner, Skills and Health Assessment Committees, the Icelandic Health Insurance, the National Tax Administration, etc.
