Event and activity representative - Nesvellir Reykjanesbær

Hrafnista óskar eftir að ráða virkni- og viðburðafulltrúa í öflugt endurhæfingarteymi á Hrafnistu Nesvöllum. Um er að ræða nýtt starf innan teymisins, með tækifæri til að móta hlutverkið og taka virkan þátt í uppbyggingu endurhæfingarstarfsins.

Markmið starfsins er að auka þjónustu við íbúa tengt virkni og félagsstarfi á hjúkrunardeildum heimilisins.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Skipulag og undirbúningur á viðburðum á Hrafnistu Nesvöllum
• Halda utan um félagslega virkni á deildum og virkja starfsfólk
• Hvetja íbúa til virkni og þátttöku með einstaklingsmiðaðri nálgun
• Ber ábyrgð á framkvæmd og utanumhaldi á Namaste stundum 
• O.fl.

Ath. Starfið verður í sífelldri þróun og mótun að þörfum heimilisins.

Educational and competency requirements

• Háskólamenntun sem nýtist í starfi kostur
• Gott vald á íslensku skilyrði
• Reynsla af félagsstarfi eða viðburðastýringu kostur
• Excellent communication skills
• Frumkvæði, jákvæðni og sjálfstæð vinnubrögð

Hrafnista operates seven nursing homes in the capital area and in Reykjanesbær. They are Laugarás, Sléttuvegur, Skógarbær, Boðaþing, Ísafold, Hraunvangur and Nesvellir.
