In the fall of 2024, Hrafnista commissioned a service survey among residents and relatives. The main results from that survey can be found in the attached document below.
Hrafnistu Service Survey 2024 - main results
The purpose of a service survey is to give Hrafnista's management and staff an insight into the well-being and experience of the population in order to be able to see what is done well and what can be done better. In 2022, a similar survey was carried out and it has been used to improve the service at Hrafnistu. The company Prósent, which is a knowledge company in the field of market research, was in charge of conducting both surveys.
Hrafnista would like to thank the residents and relatives who participated for their important contribution, and the results will be used systematically to improve services to residents and other service recipients at Hrafnista.
