
Jóhanna Gilsdóttir, behaviorist at Hrafnista, gave a talk at the conference EABA - The 11th Conference of the European Association For Behavior Analysis, which was held in Prague recently. It was discussed how behavioral analysis can be used in different fields. Jóhanna discussed the work of a clinical behaviorist in a nursing home in Iceland and presented to conference guests several issues where behavioral intervention took place.
Jóhanna works as a behaviorist at Hrafnist homes and works, among other things, with an individualized approach to caring for residents of Hrafnista and skill training for employees in communication with residents.
