Care staff perform a wide range of tasks and no working day is the same. It works closely with residents and assists them with, among other things, changing clothes, bathing, trips to the toilet, mealtimes, medication intake and social support.
Hrafnista Boðaþingi looking for strong staff for a wide range of care jobs starting in the fall. This is 70- 100% starf in shift work. It is important that the person can work day shifts in combination with other shifts.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Hrafnista operates seven nursing homes in the capital area and in Reykjanesbær. They are Laugarás, Sléttuvegur, Skógarbær, Boðaþing, Ísafold, Hraunvangur and Nesvellir.
Hrafnista's goal is to provide excellent service for residents and other service recipients to experience safety, trust and well-being To support this goal, Hrafnista works according to a philosophy that describes what experience, culture and feeling we want to create for both service recipients and staff. The philosophy is the heart of the business, but at the same time, projects are being worked on designed to improve the work environment and develop the service.
