Equal pay policy

The CEO of Hrafnista is responsible for Hrafnista's equal pay system and that it meets the laws and international obligations regarding equal status and equal rights for women and men. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of an equal pay system in accordance with ÍST 85:2012 standard. The Human Resources Manager is also responsible for ensuring that managers involved in salary decisions at Hrafnista are well informed about the equal pay system, related procedures as well as the laws and regulations that apply in equal pay matters.
