The main results from that survey can be found in the attached document below.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hrafnista.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Hrafnista_jnustuknnun_niurstur_2024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hrafnistu Service Survey 2024 - main results<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of a service survey is to give Hrafnista's management and staff an insight into the well-being and experience of the population in order to be able to see what is done well and what can be done better. In 2022, a similar survey was carried out and it has been used to improve the service at Hrafnistu.
