The aforementioned law was enacted to implement and codify the general privacy regulation (REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016\/679, from April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal information and on the free transfer of such information and the repeal of Directive 95\/46\/EC). Hrafnista focuses on informing all concerned about the processing of personal information and obtaining its informed consent in cases where applicable. <br \/><br \/>Hrafnista may also collect and process information that individuals choose to provide to Hrafnista. This can be, for example, correspondence with suggestions or comments from residents, relatives, applicants or other customers or information that may be received by Hrafnista as a result of its activities, including its main activities, which consist of services to residents\/its business, including health services. <br \/><br \/>Examples of information processed by Hrafnista about individuals for the above purposes: \n<ul>\n<li>General information; such as name and address.<\/li>\n<li>Contact information; such as phone numbers and email addresses.<\/li> \n<li>Social security number.<\/li>\n<li>Gender.<\/li> \n<li>Extensive health information.<\/li> \n<li>Skills and health assessments.<\/li> \n<li>Information about education and career.<\/li> \n<li>Union membership.<\/li> \n<li>Pension fund membership.<\/li> \n<li>Wage and Wage issues.<\/li> \n<li>Sickness and holiday entitlements and their exercise.<\/li>\n<li>Working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Account number.<\/li>\n<li>Information about relatives; such as names, phone numbers and email addresses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/div><h4 class=\"bde-heading-1705-116 bde-heading\">\nWhere does the information we work with come from?\n<\/h4><div class=\"bde-rich-text-1705-117 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\nIn principle, information that Hrafnista works with comes from individuals themselves. In some cases, however, the information comes from third parties. Examples include health authorities, doctors, tax authorities, trade unions, pension funds, relatives, etc.\n<\/div><h4 class=\"bde-heading-1705-118 bde-heading\">\nHow long do we keep the data?\n<\/h4><div class=\"bde-rich-text-1705-119 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\nHrafnista falls under the provisions of the Act on Public Archives no. 77\/2014. The data that Hrafnista obtains in its activities, including personally identifiable data, must therefore be kept for up to 30 years before it delivers it to the appropriate archive.\n\n<\/div><h4 class=\"bde-heading-1705-120 bde-heading\">\nWho has access to the data?\n<\/h4><div class=\"bde-rich-text-1705-121 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<p>The relevant employees and managers of Hrafnista have access to the data collected about registered persons. Co-responsible parties, such as self-employed doctors, also have access to certain data.
